PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Expedited/Overnight options may be unavailable to these addresses.

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact Support and we’ll update it. After dispatch, we can request a carrier intercept where available (fees may apply).
What about duties and taxes for international orders?
Duties and taxes may be collected at checkout for select destinations or on delivery by the carrier, depending on your country’s regulations.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking can take 12–24 hours to refresh after the label is created. If there’s no movement after 2 business days, contact Support and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
